EDI can replace traditional ion exchange technology, produce stable deionized water. Unlike the hybrid ion exchange device, the EDI system does not require chemical regeneration, and does not have to be stopped for Adding resins or chemical regeneration. Traditional EDI membranes often face the challenge of high temperature environments when treating industrial wastewater. The high temperature resistant EDI membrane is made of special materials and advanced technology. It can withstand hot water disinfection up to 85°C±5°C and can withstand more than 200 hot water disinfection operations. This means that during high-temperature disinfection, the high-temperature resistant EDI membrane can maintain stable performance, ensuring the purity and high quality of water. This feature is particularly important in industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology that have extremely high requirements for water quality.

In addition to high temperature resistance, high temperature resistant EDI membrane also has many other excellent properties. Its specially designed high-temperature ion exchange membrane has extremely high ion selectivity and can effectively remove soluble inorganic matter, organic matter and difficult-to-decompose substances in water, greatly improving the purity and quality of water.
