SMC low voltage cable branch box is a 0.4KV voltage level branch box, which is made of SMC composite material (sheet molding compound) through high-temperature one-time molding. It has light specific gravity, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, good sealing performance, safety and beauty, and all-weather protection function. It can meet the needs of various harsh environments and places in outdoor engineering projects, and overcomes the defects of easy rust, short life and poor thermal insulation performance of outdoor metal cable branch box. The SMC composite material used in this new cable branch box is composed of unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix, glass fiber as the skeleton, and fillers, pigments, and additives. The SMC material has the advantages of high mechanical strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, long service life, high insulation strength, arc resistance, and flame retardancy. And the product design is flexible and easy to mass produce.

● Material and appearance-the box is made of SMC composite material through high-temperature one-time molding, and the surface of the box is flat and smooth, the color is uniform, and it is not easy to scratch.
●Good sealing performance, safe and reliable, easy to use--The box can be opened front and back according to customer requirements, easy to operate and maintain, the door adopts a three-point positioning door lock, the lock core has waterproof protection, and is sealed by a concave edge sealing strip, which is safe and reliable, and the protection performance meets the requirements of GB4208-IP65 level, which can effectively prevent rainwater from entering and has all-weather protection function.
●High mechanical strength and good flame retardancy--The box adopts SMC composite materials, which has light specific gravity, high mechanical strength and good flame retardancy. The door adopts longitudinal full-length hinges, which are not easy to deform and have good installation interchangeability.
●Corrosion resistance, aging resistance, strong electrical insulation--The box is corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant, has good high-voltage protection performance, strong electrical insulation, and can adapt to various harsh environments.
