SMC is made of 3D reinforced polyester resin material. As the world's most advanced aviation composite material, SMC has advantages that other metals and non-metals cannot match:
(1) Excellent insulating material, high-performance insulation resistance prevents leakage, maintains good dielectric properties at high frequencies, does not reflect or block the propagation of microwaves, does not rust and can be used for a long time. It is suitable for use in crowded or narrow places to avoid electric shock.
(2) Good corrosion resistance, can effectively resist corrosion from water, gasoline, alcohol, electrolytic salt, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, asphalt, various acid and alkali soils, and acid rain. The product itself has good anti-aging properties, and the surface of the product has a protective layer with strong UV resistance. The double-layer protection makes the product have higher anti-aging properties.
(3) The three-dimensional network molecular structure and reinforced fiber work together to make the material have good impact resistance, easy machining, convenient drilling and cutting, and accurate positioning. It has high tensile strength, bending modulus and impact toughness.
(4) It is a smokeless and non-toxic material, does not contain halogen, does not contain any harmful substances to the human body, and does not produce harmful gases when burning. It is an environmentally friendly material that meets the needs of future development.
(5) Flame retardant material, the flame retardant performance can reach FV10 level, the smoke density level is 15, and the smoke toxicity level is quasi-safety level 1 (ZA1). All materials meet the requirements of UL94 at home and abroad.
(6) The cabinet adopts a plate structure combination and modular installation, which is suitable for transportation and simple installation. It can be assembled or disassembled on site. The cabinet surface is cast with diamond-shaped protrusions, which can effectively prevent the sticking of small advertisements.
(7) It is a poor conductor of heat, resistant to high temperature, and has a low thermal deformation rate. It can reduce the impact of ambient temperature difference on the inside of the cabinet. Compared with metal materials, it can effectively reduce water vapor condensation and frost inside the cabinet.
